今日は私の誕生日です。
Today  is my birthday.

特に何もしませんでしたが、一つだけ心に決めたことがあります。
I didn't do anything special, but I did have one thing in mind.

私が決めたことは、タバコをやめること。
What  I desided was to quit smoking.

もう絶対に吸わないのです。
I will never smok again.
