想定外に英検２級の１次試験に合格してしまいました。
Unexpectedly, I passed  the first test of Eiken Grade 2.

読みは57%,聞くのは58％、作文は88％の正解率でした。
Reading was 57%, listening was 58%, and writing was  88% correct.

２次試験は来週なので、あと１週間あります。
The second exam is  next week, so I have one week left.

でも私は仕事で大変忙しいのです。
But I'm very busy with work.

毎日残業で休日もありませんでしたし、とても疲れています。 
I worked overtime every day, had no days off, and am very tired.
