私の勤務する会社には、１つ興味深いことがあります。
There is one interesting thing about the company I work for.

それは、アルバイトや臨時職員の方達が太っているということ。
That is that the part-time and temporary employees are fat.

普通体型の方も数人いますが、大抵は正社員と、そうでない方の体型がはっきり別れているのです。
There are a few who are of normal build, but there is usually a crear separation between the full-time employees and the non-full-time employees.

私は、体型は自己管理の表れだと思っています。
I believe that body shape is a sign of self-management.

自己管理できない人だから正社員になれないのか。
Are they cannot become regular employees because they cannot manage themselves?

それとも正社員になれないから太るのか、どちらなのでしょう。
Or are they fat because they cannot become full-time employees?

また、正社員でない方の多くは女性で、彼女たちの容姿が似ているのも大変興味深いです。
It is also very interesting that most of those who are not full-time employees are women, and their appearance is very similar.

彼女たちの多くは長い髪を後ろで一つに縛り、黒ぶちのメガネをかけ、黒い服を着ています。
Most of them have long hair tied back in a single bun, wear dark grasses and black clothes.

そのため、個人の判別がつきづらく、社員の多くが彼女たちの名前を覚えられません。
This makes them difficult to identify and a lot of employees can't remember their manes.
