毎日とても暑いですね。
It's very hot every day.

我が家では、私の仕事部屋にしかエアコンがありません。
In our house, we only have an air conditioner in my work room.

暑い夜は仕事部屋に布団を敷いて、クーラーをつけて寝ます。
On hot nights, I lay out a futon in my work room and sleep with the air conditioner on.

仕事部屋にはパソコンがありますから、YouTubeで「虫の声」を聞きながら寝ています。
I have a computer in my work room, so I sleep while listening to"the sound of insects” on  YouTube.

それは「田舎の夏の夜の風景」という音。
That is sound of "a summer night scene in the countryside" .

コオロギや鈴虫、カエルの声です。
It is the sound  of crickets, bell crickets,  andfrogs.

これが８時間朝までずっと再生されています。
This plays for 8 hours all the way until morning.

とても気持ちがいいですよ。
I feel very comfortable.

でも、いつも通り寝室で窓を開けて寝れば、全く同じ状況なんですけどね。
But if I sleep in my bedroom with the windows open as usual, it's exactly the same situation.

今は「海辺のボサノバ」を聞きながら書いています。
I 'm writing this while listening to "Bossa Nova at the beach" right now.

仕事部屋が、タヒチの別荘になった気分。
My workroom feels like a villa  in Tahiti.
