前回投稿してから随分日が経ってしまいました。
It has been many days since I last posted. 

この数週間ですごいことが起こったのです。
Something amazing has happened in the past few weeks.

私、社長になりました。
I became president.

嘘です。
It's a lie.

実は、急に社長が変わったのです。
Actually, the president suddenly changed.

あろうことか、 休日の朝、自社の新聞で知ったのです！！！
Oh no, I found out about it on a holiday morning in our own newspaper!

前社長の寵愛を受けていた社長室長は辞めるのかと思いきや、県知事からの依頼で県庁勤務！
I thought that the president's office chief, who was favored by the former president, was going to quit, but she was asked by the prefectural governor to work at the prefectural office!

教育長だと？ 
The director of education?

彼女は若い社員を鬱病にした挙句休職させたほどのハラスメント女なのに。
She's such a harasser that she made a young employee depressed, and then put him on leave.

前の社長の辞任挨拶やら、新社長の挨拶やらで社内はバタバタでした。
There was a flurry of activity in the company with the previous president's resignation and the new president's greeting.

良かったことは一応、それらがスクープだったこと。
The good thing was that they were all scoops.

自社ネタですが。。。
But It was our own story....
