おとといからお盆休みの有給を取っています。
I have been paid for my Obon vacation since the day before yesterday.

新聞社にはお盆休みもお正月休みもないため、有給を使わなくてはいけないのです。
I have to use my paid time off because the newspaper company has neither Obon vakation nor New year's vacation.

たった３日間のお休みは全て雨降りです。
It's all rainy for only three days of vacation.

お墓参りができません。
 I can't visit the cemetery.

窓を開けてお掃除することもできません。
I can't clean the house with the windows open.

台風のせいで、イベントも中止となりました。
The event is also cancelled owing to the typfoon.

ああ、つまらない。
Oh, it's so boring.

そんな中、メルカリに出品した商品だけがどんどん売れて、私は発送作業に追われています。
In such a situation, only the items I posted on Mercari are selling well and  I'm busy with the shipping work.

一応売り上げは上がったので、この３日間を副業したと思うことにします。
At least I made some sales, so I'll think of these three days as a side business.

しかし台風よ、2023年の私の夏休みを返せ〜！！！
However, typhoon, give me back my summer vacation in 2023~!
